Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1cup ice

1/2cup whole milk

1/3cup pure pumpkin puree

1tablespoon honey

pinch of ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Place the ice, milk, pumpkin puree, honey, and nutmeg in a blender.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
