Staying Active

Now that you are learning from your home, one of the most important things you need to think about is keeping your body healthy. That means getting active EVERY day, except for maybe one day off to rest. Being active means you need to plan ahead, look at the weather, make a time and place to get your heartbeat up for at least 30 minutes. Go outside and get some fresh air! Exercise and fresh air will make you feel great.

Find a calendar, or create one to write in what you do everyday. Pencil in what you are going to do each day for the whole week and then, after you have completed the activity, write it in marker. Write in how many steps or miles, if you have a fitbit, what the weather was like, who you were with...
