Alma
Alma is our school's Student Information System. We utilize Alma to keep track of student attendance, grades, reporting data, and more. It's also a great tool for communication between our staff and parents/guardians. All parents and guardians have an Alma account, which they can use to view their child's attendance data, report cards, and more. It's also the place to update emergency contact information and communicate with your child's teachers.

What is my username?
Your username is typically your firstname.lastname. Your school administrator has access to this
information and can tell you your username as well.
Help! I can’t remember my password!
That’s ok! There is a ‘Forgot Password’ link that you can click on your Alma homepage. This will
allow you to reset your password. You will just need to know both your username
and email associated with the account.
I’ve been locked out of my account...
An account becomes locked after incorrectly entering your username and/or password 5 times.
There is a warning message letting you know how many attempts you have left. If you see that
you are getting close to running out of chances, you may want to click the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
Otherwise, you will get locked out of your account. Only your school admin will be able to unlock
your account.
Alma Start is essentially a place to distribute and collect digital forms. It replaces the paper registration packets we once gave out to families. We use Alma Start to enroll new families and to update our existing information each year. Alma Start is where you'll sign off on school district policies, update field trip and photo permissions, and add or update emergency contact information.
At the beginning of each year, your child's school will send instructions on how to complete back-to-school forms using Alma Start. Be on the lookout for that communication. If you have a student already enrolled in the district, simply log into your Alma account. Under your student's name, you'll see a link titled "Alma Start Forms & Tasks" which will take you right to Alma Start. From the Alma Start page, you'll be able to complete the Returning Student process.

While Alma has always been (and will continue to be) a mobile-friendly site, you can also install the app, AlmaNow!
AlmaNow is a progressive web app (PWA).
PWAs are quickly becoming the new standard for mobile applications. PWAs keep the behavior consistent between the website and the app; they are secure and load faster than traditional apps. You will be able to install the AlmaNow app directly from the website, and since it isn’t downloaded from an app store, you will never need to update it (you will always be accessing the most current release of Alma).
Android
Follow Google's instructions for installing a PWA.
iOS
Using your web browser (Safari), log into your school’s Alma site. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the “share” icon and scroll up past your suggested apps. Then, select “add to home screen.” You can modify the title of the icon or leave it as is before you tap “add,” and that’s it!

You will be using the same username and password for AlmaNow that you use for Alma. To protect student, staff, and parent information, the app will ask you to log in after 60 minutes of inactivity.
